The “90-Day Personal Quality & Leadership” program starts with YOU by helping you to carve out your own reality in the workplace. The program is based on the chapter “Develop Your Own Personal Quality System” in “Awakening the Workplace, Vol. 2?.
Certified EQi®/Emotional Power® and DISC Inventory assessments are utilized to provide a starting point for self-discovery.

A roadmap is always helpful to us when taking a new route in life. The Personal Quality System – or PQS – that you will learn grew out of discovering the power of having 1) a strong personal foundation in life, and 2) quality assurance evident both at work and at home. This approach not only provides you with the roadmap, it provides an energy source and resources to propel you in creating the optimal ‘you’.
The PQS consists of seven elements that will direct you on your journey:
